Morrie Sheets specializes in the acquisition, leasing, and management of commercial properties and site work at the national level of over 42 of the contiguous states. He began his career in restaurant management with Dan Carney Investments, founder of Pizza Hut, Inc. In 1986, Morrie started Chaseland, Inc, with Frank Carney, co-founder of Pizza Hut, Inc. Morrie has worked for the Carney family, founders of Pizza Hut, since 1981 and has been ranked as the highest volume real estate broker in the years 1992, 1994, 1995, and 1997 before leaving the brokerage business to focus on specialized business projects. His average annual sales exceeded $25,000,000, per year and he has been recognized by many of his peers as an industry leader.
Mr. Sheets, along with Mr. Colby Sandman and Daniel M. and Gayla W. Carney started Mr. Sandlian’s System Mini Storage product in 2001. They now have multiple systems operating in the states of Kansas, Missouri, Texas, and Maryland. To date they own and operate 15 facilities totaling over 1,000,000 sq. ft. with gross income of over 5.5 million annually. Josh Pollak is a primary associate in the specialized business division of corporate law. David Lyndon Huff has had over 20 years of experience in the music business and is no stranger to understanding the level of security successful artists and professional athletes require in order to travel and work in a safe environment.
Mr. Huff’s professional experience includes music production, consulting, music directing, mixing, editing, serving as the editor of a record label, and composing for and developing artists. Huff owns three production companies: Media Sound Design (film, TV and Post), David Huff Productions (Pop and Mainstream), and Huffdaddy Productions (Pop and Urban) and two publishing companies: El Dobbs Music/BMI and David Huff Music/ASCAP. Dr. Blatchford was born in Wichita, KS and raised in Arkansas City, KS. After completing his undergraduate degree at Southwestern College, Dr. Blatchford attended the University of Kansas Medical School in Wichita, KS and graduated with honors before going on to complete his general surgery residency at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA. Dr. Blatchford returned to Arkansas City in 2008 to begin his practice and is now the head general surgeon of South Central Kansas Medical Center.

Chief Winter brings over 26 years of law enforcement experience to the U.S. Protective Service and also has 26 years of extensive experience in business administration.
Chief Winter holds various degrees in business administration and retains multiple law enforcement certifications including the State of Kansas and the State of Oklahoma.
